The Simplest & Tastiest BBQ Chicken

Everytime I make this dish I feel like I am cheating on a recipe. For this BBQ chicken dinner, all I do is marinate the chicken the night before in a Korean BBQ Sauce (Brand: Hanasia). There’s actually so many Korean BBQ Sauces at the Korean market, but I’ve used this one for a while and have been happy with the results.  I’ve used other ones too and they are good too!  This marination is actually supposed to be for Kalbi, but I use it for chicken and beef. I marinated this yesterday for tonight’s dinner. All I had to do was put the oven at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I flip the chicken every 15 minutes and during the last flip, I always make sure the skin is facing up so I can add some chopped green onions. I also like the flavorful crispy skin, so I always put it at a broil for the last 5-10 minutes!
