The Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch of Baby Bok Choy
  • 9-10 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt


  • Clean and rinse the Baby Bok Choy and chop the ends off
  • Clean and rinse the Shiitake Mushrooms and slice
  • Chop the Garlic Cloves

  • Heat Oil in the Pan
  • Add the chopped Garlic Cloves
  • Add the Shiitake Mushrooms and Stir
  • Wait until the Shittake Mushrooms Brown a bit

  • Add the Baby Bok Choy
  • Mix everything together and then add 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • Stir everything
  • Wait until the Baby Bok Choy cooks, you want it to be cooked yet still crunchy on the white ends
  • Check flavor by tasting, add salt if needed
