Beef with Bell Peppers
- ½ lb. of Flank Steak
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- Bunch of Mushrooms (I used 12 mushrooms)
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- ½ cup water
Directions:
- Slice up the Flank Steak into small pieces
- Put the Flank Steak in a Bowl and Marinate it by adding a pinch of Salt, Garlic Salt, Pepper, 2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch and Mix
- Put the Flank Steak to the Side and let it sit for 15 minutes or more
- Rinse the Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper and Mushrooms
- Use a dry paper towel and dry the Mushrooms
- Slice the Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Onion and Mushrooms
- Chop up Garlic
- In a small bowl, make the Sauce Mix by adding 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch, a pinch of Salt and Pepper, 2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce and ½ Cup of Water. Put this to the side.
- Heat Pan and Drizzle Olive Oil
- Add the Chopped Garlic
- Add the Marinated Flank Steak
- Cook the Flank Steak until it Browns
- Once it Browns, take the Flank Steak out of the pan and put on a plate on the side (This prevents it from being too well done)
- Drizzle a little Olive Oil on the same pan
- Add the Mushroom and stir until it becomes lightly golden brown (Do not add salt)
- Add the Onions and stir until it becomes golden brown (Do not add salt)
- Add the Red Pepper, Green Pepper and Yellow Pepper
- Add Salt and Stir
- Once everything is cooked, add the Flank Steak and Stir
- Stir the small bowl of Sauce Mix, drizzle it into the ingredients and stir
- Check flavor by tasting, add salt or soy sauce if needed
