Chinese Broccoli Gai Lan with Oyster Sauce

The Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Clean and rinse the Gai Lan and chop into halves, also chop the dry ends off
  • Chop up the Garlic

 

  • Heat wok and add olive oil
  • Add the Garlic
  • Then add the Gai Lan
  • Sprinkle Salt and Stir
  • Stir and cook for about 8-10 minutes, you want the bottoms of the Gai Lans to be a crunchy texture, do not overcook
  • Check flavor by tasting, add salt if needed
  • Place the Gai Lan onto a plate
  • Drizzle Oyster Flavored Sauce on top of Gai Lan
