The Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch of ‘A’ Choy (Taiwanese Lettuce)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Pieces of Fermented Bean Curds
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt


  • Clean and rinse the ‘A’ Choy and chop into about 3 inches long, also chop the ends off
  • Chop the Garlic Cloves

  • Heat Oil in the Pan
  • Add the chopped Garlic Cloves
  • Add the ‘A’ Choy
  • Add Salt and Stir

  • Add the Fermented Bean Curds and Stir
  • Stir and cook for about 5-8 minutes
  • Check flavor by tasting, add salt if needed
